We help you create the culture to develop and embed inclusion, making your diversity thrive in the process.
As of 2019, we have successfully delivered our services through consultancy and training to organisations in the U.K, UAE and Pakistan. In terms of our placing of diverse talent from underrepresented groups and disengaged communities, we have successfully placed 52 people into employment with our candidates securing various roles, to name a few: graduate civil and electrical engineers, graduate lawyers, graduate accountants, numerous apprentices in various roles including the London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s Apprentice. Over 80% of the candidates we have created a career opportunity for, were previously unemployed.
Since incorporation, Diversity Hut has gained national and international attention through its ground breaking methods of attracting talented representatives from minority groups. In 2018, Diversity Hut was recognised at the Global Donors Forum alongside global leadership for its impact winning the ‘community impact award’. The same year, Costain presented our founder the ‘Contribution to the Community Award’.
Diversity Hut is also proud to be supported by leading incubators and accelerators, notably with Allia – Serious Impact and Unltd’s East End Connect – in partnership with UBS.
